Amora Ecuadorian Bistro is a small family-owned restaurant in Portland, Oregon. We hope to become a beloved local establishment and staple in the community, and look forward to many years of serving customers.

This is a traditional dish from the Ecuadorian Coastal region. It consists on a fish fillet fried to perfection, topped with avocado slices, pickled onions (with extra lemon juice), chopped tomatoes, cilantro and Ecuadorian style by white rice.customers.
